Registrations Details:-

Admission:

All classes are open lo persons age 16 or older unless sponsored by their parents as long as full payment has been received 2 weeks to the start of the class unless otherwise disallowed by the “workshop”.

Registrations:

REGISTRATION takes place by contacting the directors of the program directly (contact us). Full payment by check (there is a $10 service charge for returned checks), money order or cash is required at time of registration. Students are admitted to classes either on a first-come, first-served. No visitors or auditors are allowed although spouses are welcome with a 50% reduction in the standard price if sharing a workstation. These workshops are not in any way eligible for credit towards any degree or certificate. They are purely self-education classes.

Cancellation Policy:

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: All workshops need at least 10 persons enrolled to be considered confirmed on the calendar. Once a class has begun, it will not be cancelled unless due to illness or extraordinary circumstances. It is possible that the location may be changed but only if events are out of the control of the directors.

In addition, in the event that the teachers become ill and cannot teach the worlshops, a full refund will be given. Or, the workshops will be rescheduled and the fees can be applied to the newly scheduled workshop. If the new date is not convenient to the student, then a full refund will be given.

If a student becomes ill and/or is contageous with a virus or other malady, we will give a "reschedule credit" and ask that the student not come to the workshop and run the risk of making the other members and teachers of the class sick as well. (See Refund Policy below).

Restrictions:

These workshops are restricted to paid participants only; no children, pets, freinds or other persons may attend.

Optional Fees:

Some "workshops" may require optional materials. These are not included in the class fee. All software and hardware listed as required for the workshops, are also not included in the class fees. An example of this would be if the student either does not have a working computer or does not have a lap top to bring to class and needs to rent one.

Refund Policy:

Refunds for fees paid at registration, will be granted, minus a $25 administrative fee, if submitted in writing as noted below at least two weeks before the first class meeting. After the two-week deadline, there will be no refunds after the 2 week advance time frame regardless of the reason (see cancellation above. These are small, very personal classes and any cancellation has a major impact on the class itself).

Liability Disclaimer:

By coming to the class, signing the registration application and paying for the classes and/or workshops, the student understands and agrees that the principles are under no legal or medical obligation if they should injure themselves in any way while attending the workshops either in a classroom or out on a field trip. We suggest that if their own insurance is inadequate to cover misadventure, perhaps they should consider a student rider to their insurance or take out one time coverage to cover any misadventure should it take place during a workshop.
